Description:
Anti-Sheep IgG(H+L), AlpHcAbs® Rabbit antibody is designed for detecting Sheep IgG specifically. Anti-Sheep IgG(H+L), AlpHcAbs® Rabbit antibody is monovalent, recombinant single domain antibody fused to rabbit IgG Fc(mutation). Based on immunoelectrophoresis and/or ELISA, Anti-Sheep IgG(H+L), AlpHcAbs® Rabbit antibody reacts with Sheep IgG selectively, no reactivity with mouse, human, cynomolgus, rat, rabbit IgG.

Background:
VHH are single-domain antibodies derived from the variable regions of heavy chain of Camelidae immunoglobulin. The size of VHH is extremely small(<15KDa) compared to other forms of antibody fragment, which significantly increase the permeability of VHH. Using antibody with Fc(mutation), the background from Fc receptors will be eliminated.
