Description:
Anti-Sheep IgG(H+L), AlpHcAbs® Rabbit antibody(Biotin) is designed for detecting Sheep IgG specifically. Anti-Sheep IgG(H+L), AlpHcAbs® Rabbit antibody(Biotin) is based on monoclonal, recombinant, rabbit IgG Fc fused single domain antibody to Sheep IgG coupled to Biotin. Based on immunoelectrophoresis and/or ELISA, Anti-Sheep IgG(H+L), AlpHcAbs® Rabbit antibody(Biotin) reacts with Sheep IgG selectively, no reactivity with mouse, human, cynomolgus, rat, rabbit IgG.

Background:
VHH are single-domain antibodies derived from the variable regions of heavy chain of Camelidae immunoglobulin. The size of VHH is extremely small(<15KDa) compared to other forms of antibody fragment, which significantly increase the permeability of VHH. Thus VHH is considered of great value for research, diagnostics and therapeutics.
Using antibody with Fc(mutation), the background from Fc receptors will be eliminated.
