CAR-Jurkat Assay-Human CD7-PE CAR TEST Kit
Flow cytometric analysis of Anti-CD7 CAR expression. 5e5 of Jurkat cells or Anti-CD7 CAR-Jurkat cells were stained with 100 μL of 1:100 dilution of Human CD7-PE CAR TEST Kit(Code: APK152). Non-transduced Jurkat cells were used as a control (left). PE signal was used to evaluate the binding activity.
PBMC Cells Staining-Human CD7-PE CAR TEST Kit
PBMC cells were stained with PBS(left) or 1:100 dilution of Human CD7-PE CAR TEST Kit (Code: APK152) and detected by flow cytometry. PE signal was used to evaluate the non-specific binding activity to PBMCs.
