The plate was coated with different amounts of antigen(ng/ml). 1:5000 dilution of Alpaca IgG1, AlpHcAbs® Mouse antibody was used as the first antibody,and Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), AlpHcAbs® Goat antibody(HRP)(001-401-005) was uesd as the detection antibody.
