The plate was coated with 2ug/ml of alpaca BCMA. Different amount of Anti-Alpaca BCMA, AlpHcAbs® Rabbit IgG antibody was used as the first antibody, different lot of 025-600-005 was used as the detection antibody.
WB experiment test
Different amount of reduced GFP was detected by Anti-GFP, AlpHcAbs® Rabbit antibody(First antibody) and 025-600-005(Secondary antibody) with 1:10000 dilution.
