The plate was coated with different amounts of IgG. 1:10000 dilution of Anti-Camel IgG1, AlpHcAbs® Mouse antibody(Biotin) was used as the first antibody,and Streptavidin-HRP(067-101-005) was uesd as the detection antibody.
